To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放假路過附近，見餐廳得幾枱客，唔使等位就馬上入座。呢排股票成日被割韭菜，食返韭菜補下血，再嗌多個雞肉做兩餸米線。再嗌一杯凍奶茶，加埋只係$48，出面食餐飯都差唔多既價錢。等咗15min有多，食物終於上枱，有ｄ奇怪點解咁少客都煮咁耐，唔知會唔會廚房係儲單一次過整？或者多外賣而我無留意？好彩唔係趕時間。感覺雞肉份量比以前少，韭菜亦唔同其他分店咁 鋪滿成碗。不過味道同質感都同其他分店一致，韭菜夠freash+有咬口！
