To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

佢哋個下午茶餐大概50蚊至60蚊，基本嘅食物係有五嚿壽司，另外可以揀兩種小食，我揀咗海鮮蒸滑蛋，同埋炸南瓜燒餅。仲有烏冬同埋炸蝦丸( 因為我嗌咗兩個下午茶餐) 我因為好耐冇去過元氣壽司，去到發現原來佢嘅點餐方式已經有好大嘅改變，如果大家好耐冇去嘅話，要記住而家點餐係用手機q R code，另外啲嘢食唔會驚人手過去送畀你，而係用運輸帶送到去你張枱側邊，跟住會有個alarm響，你攞咗碟嘢食落去你張枱面，然後撳番熄個alarm。個水蛋好新鮮好甜，入面仲有帶子，係幾足料。個南瓜餅都好鬆脆炸得，有個鐵架架走啲油。另外都有個烏冬。整體嚟講啲小食嘅質素好好。至於壽司同刺身方面就更加好，基本上都係好精緻同埋份量亦都係ok，啲魚肉亦都係新鮮嘅有回甘。
