To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直都是這店的粉絲,由最早期未改名前叫鱻湯的時期已經有幫襯~此店水準一向保持到,因為是小店,坐位不會太多而且比較迫,它的飯餐也大大碟又抵食;是次點了墨魚蝦卷魚蛋米粉,但這次的湯底不知為何很重胡椒粉味,吃了不下三十次,今次湯底很奇怪😅不過墨魚蝦卷和魚腐是皇牌,米粉也很滑,保持到水準另外點了蠔仔黃金蛋飯,超大碟,蠔仔份量也不少,好味墨魚蟹籽燒 - 好食及熱氣之選魚湯豆苗 - 附送雲耳,好味凍洛神花茶 - 大大杯,不過如果可以少甜會更好當然會繼續支持此店啦,不過會選非繁忙時間 😆
