本來一心想過嚟試片皮鴨,但原來要早一日預訂,想試嘅記得要預早打去同餐廳留定。唯有照舊嗌小菜嘆吓人蔘烏龍,茶香依舊濃香回甘。萵荀絲份量十足,$55勁大碟,顏色碧綠爽脆,入口清香,係餐館中少數口味清淡嘅健康菜式。川菜普遍都加入紅綠辣椒爆炒,香口濃味,夏天食袪濕、冬天食暖肚。份量不多,雖則蝦球帶子均有乒乓波大小,但只有各四隻。不似京滬菜單純油爆香,川菜習慣先裹上生粉炸香再加入調味拌炒,外層炸成香脆,令整道菜更香口,蝦球帶子大隻得嚟都幾彈牙。可能加咗醋嘅關係,味道微甜偏酸,睇落紅卜卜實則食落無咩辣味。肋排加咗鹹甜梅菜炆煮,稔香肉嫩不痴牙,風味依舊,香甜惹味。可惜今次軟骨位唔多,反而多肉又厚身,食肉獸應該好buy
