To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係旺角嘅日式餐廳一直有幾個大問題、連鎖丶貴又唔飽丶仲要收得唔便。其實大家肯走多10-15分鐘、已經有好多選擇。呢間開左一段時間、有一個舖位到隔離都攞埋做。難得中午經過唔駛排隊、坐係對窗bar 位。佢哋menu 都算簡單清楚、order 魚生丼、即叫即做、等十分鐘不到。份量足夠丶新鮮材料、另外餐包嘢飲。唯一地方偏少、不過都適合一個人食。埋單$140，算中上CP值。下次可以試試熱食、好似$50-60就有得食。
