To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日係觀塘睇完戲之後有小小肚餓, 於是就去左一杯到淺嚐一番。關西燒三品其實之前都有係一杯到食過, 人總是貪心的, 上次只係揀左2款食材, 今次就試下揀3款食材: 貝柱、小蝦以及鮮魷魚, 變成左鮮味十足既海鮮關西燒。即叫即整既關係上到枱面依舊熱辣辣, 餡料豐富, 但不知係咪醬料太多, 食不出配料既味道, 被醬料掩蓋左味道, 而且食耐左有點鹹, 有小小失望。香蔥吞拿魚卷之前未試過點壽司卷物, 今次就試下香蔥吞拿魚卷。呢個真係有小小驚喜, 吞拿魚魚蓉幼滑亦保留當中既質感, 而且吞拿魚魚蓉食落好香吞拿魚味之外, 魚蓉內充滿香甜既油香, 一點腥味都冇。再加埋卷物入既青瓜以及香蔥, 食落清新唔油膩仲保留魚香, 真係值得下次再試!!總括黎講, 水準保留但需改善得更好:)

關西燒三品

之前未試過點壽司卷物, 今次就試下香蔥吞拿魚卷。呢個真係有小小驚喜, 吞拿魚魚蓉幼滑亦保留當中既質感, 而且吞拿魚魚蓉食落好香吞拿魚味之外, 魚蓉內充滿香甜既油香, 一點腥味都冇。再加埋卷物入既青瓜以及香蔥, 食落清新唔油膩仲保留魚香, 真係值得下次再試!!
