To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 四月份去食過兩次,第一次同媽媽o的朋友去食都ok,所以月中又一家人去encore.個日係閒日無咩人食,點左豉油雞,肥牛煲,豬手煲,椒盬九肚魚同例牌白肉卷,隻雞好入味,白肉卷都ok,但其他就極差九肚魚炸到一"劈"野甘仲衰過酒樓個o的肥牛煲一開始問係用新鮮牛肉先叫,結果來到係同冰鮮兩溝不特已,仲要好老好韌豬手煲就好似咬山豬甘硬...最後食埋手磨芝麻糊,但都係無之前一次甘好食,結果埋單差不多要五條紅魚....再加上十分差勁的服務態度(拿支啤酒叫左四次都無拿來,無菜又唔講),no next time
