星期一午飯時間,一入去就有位。點咗一碗豬骨湯豬扒米線、一碗蕃茄湯封煎黃花魚幼麵、一杯熱檸水。等候時間唔算長。兩款湯都夠哂濃,厚身嘅,落足材料。蕃茄湯蕃茄味十足,加咗啲香料,令湯更有層次,有幾嚿蕃茄,好味。幼麵爽彈,吸咗湯味,我鍾意。豬扒大大塊,表面有啲油,但係炸得比較乾,咬落去表面有啲硬,整體還可以。我本身唔鍾意食魚皮,開頭淨係食魚肉,有啲腥,要同湯、元茜或者葱一齊食先得。但係因為炸咗嘅魚皮好難夾開,於是中途開始連皮食,先發現魚皮炸到好脆好香口,連皮食魚肉就唔腥,呢個先至係正確食封煎魚嘅食法。食到淨翻魚頭,平時我唔食魚頭嘅,但係最後都係睇下佢炸成點。魚頭都係炸得酥脆,頭骨都可以食,油脂香十足,勁好味。兩款麵,一碗一流,一碗掙啲,响呢間嘢度食,可能要揀啱嘢食先得。侍應都算有禮貌。餐廳油煙味唔大,但係我嘅口罩都吸咗少少油煙味。

兩款湯都夠哂濃,厚身嘅,落足材料。蕃茄湯蕃茄味十足,加咗啲香料,令湯更有層次,有幾嚿蕃茄,好味。幼麵爽彈,吸咗湯味,我鍾意。


豬扒大大塊,表面有啲油,但係炸得比較乾,咬落去表面有啲硬,整體還可以。
