To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以團購價$248連加一呢個水位黎計, 完全係水準之作.雖然位於機場, 但以本人食後感黎講, 同附近的萬X酒店所比, 完全優勝酒店位處的地點都不算偏僻, 在機場客運大樓行過去都只是10分鐘路程.餐廳也不算嘈吵, 食物種類, 款式雖然只是一般, 但勝在侍應招呼十分殷勤, 完全有賓至如歸的感覺.冷盤 : 新鮮程度絶對跟五星級酒店可以比美刺身 : 有三文魚, 吞拿魚, 玉子等等熱盤 : 蒸魚第一條十分好食, 但第二條則略嫌過火了; 龍蝦芝士杯, 完全驚喜, 真的超好食, 啖淡龍蝦肉西冷牛扒 : 太熟了, 過份有咬口黑松露意大利飯 : 食得出飯粒只是普通珍珠米, 欠缺咬口黑松露配鮮蝦雲吞面 : 有點太滯的感覺甜品 : 質素有待改進雪糕 : 款式齊全, 有哈近帶屎, 趴趴機路, 牛奶公司等等. 但自從我步進餐廳見過一眼本人至愛的朱古力哈近帶屎雪糕後, 都沒有再出現了, 因為太多小朋友食的關係, 三兩個回合已經清左兜, 侍應回覆話雪糕係RANDOM形式, 冇得揀的, 但佢見我苦苦哀求下, 靜悄悄走去隔離餐廳裝左三個球比我食, 超窩心呢~~~大致上, 以2XX價位來說, 此餐絶對超值
