To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日 一行四人抱著期望 北京片皮鴨加涮羊肉 唸著大快朵頣 可惜是極大失望而回北京填鴨 看圖已知差到甚麼水平 比起某些酒樓特價時段賣嘅貨色不遑多讓 甚致更差。巢皮鴨 無呢聞味 盛謂780大元加一 貴是預咗 但出品之差真難以接受涮羊肉 應是看家本領。金色銅鍋 好睇但不中用 一邊滾 另一邊不熱 以為是我們張枱問題 原來其他枱也有投訴 结果换咗一個超難看銀色鍋。大佬 5星酒店食店呀！相都沒心機映。主角羊肉只是中規中舉。最近在威靈頓街和旺角食完 羊肉比此店好 價錢當然更便宜。雜菜盤 240大元加一。加埋都沒有一斤菜 貴不是問題 但也不要超離地。好睬服務還是可以！
