To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 幾個月前食過還可以。但今次食完真係冇下次。個別waiter 嘅服務態度好唔掂之餘(包括黑面及好唔情願),食物好遲嚟,最先叫嘅竟然後最遲先上枱,足足等咗大半個鐘。我諗因為廚房要分批煮同一款式嘅緣故。飯係「行」嘅,起難食!雞扒烏冬啲雞扒又實又冇味。本應有兩份甜品,但只上咗一份,要三番四次催。最後,連最基本的咖啡都可以有陣陣燶味,真係諗唔到有咩理由會再去。唔怪之得今日去到餐廳嘅時候,排隊攞位嘅情況已經不再。註:其實初初開張時的確唔錯。可惜!
