係廟街,如果你怕污穢就真係無乜野啱係食,但係你乜都唔怕,好似我咁,食左先算,咁就樂趣多多.明記雞粥,輝記車仔麵,興記同四季煲仔飯............檔檔都十幾廿年歷史,可以話見證住廟街既變化.其實幾易搵,只要見到條人龍,唔係四季就係牛雜檔,好多人都會外賣返屋企當"食送",而且明碼實價七蚊一串,但個人目標反而係柚皮,十五可以叫一碟,包括牛肺,膀,腸,肚同柚皮,每樣三幾件.可能啱啱開檔關係,柚皮唔係太熱,但始終吸收大量牛雜汁, 變得非常"冶"味,而且炆得好淋又有質感,連色澤都變得深沉,果然係我摯愛之一.牛膀雖然炆到無乜粉質,蘸點甜醬食依然精彩,腸是將腸頭位置剪成細段,"酥"味足,又夠淋,肚跟肺是炆得太耐,有點支離破碎,唔係咁滿意.論味道個人是偏好十三座多一點,感覺是味道較濃郁,而且日光日白都可以食到,係廟街,無六七點都食唔到,幾麻煩下.

論味道個人是偏好十三座多一點,感覺是味道較濃郁,而且日光日白都可以食到,係廟街,無六七點都食唔到,幾麻煩下.
