To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🐔川式大盤雞｜💰$238🐟冷鍋酸菜魚｜💰$238天氣終於有轉涼嘅趨勢（希望唔係錯覺），即刻食餐川菜賀一賀佢，係旺角嘅811地理位置好就腳，夜晚經常爆棚，今次一試果然冇令人失望兼好有驚喜～除咗雞煲，🐟冷鍋酸菜魚差唔多每枱都嗌，廚房會預先煮好，確保魚肉唔會煮碎，上枱就即刻食得，湯底醇厚清爽，揀咗小辣，酸麻比例得宜，魚肉片好多兼爽滑嫩口，很讚👍🏻鍋底仲有寬粉、金針菇、娃娃菜，好足料！🤰🐔川式大盤雞份量激多，雞件嫩滑，醬汁超惹味唔會死鹹/過份重口味，配料仲有蕃茄、薯仔、乾蔥、寬粉等等，索晒醬汁精華簡直perfect池～🤤

除咗雞煲，🐟冷鍋酸菜魚差唔多每枱都嗌，廚房會預先煮好，確保魚肉唔會煮碎，上枱就即刻食得，湯底醇厚清爽，揀咗小辣，酸麻比例得宜，魚肉片好多兼爽滑嫩口，很讚👍🏻鍋底仲有寬粉、金針菇、娃娃菜，好足料！🤰
