To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同朋友一齊去鑽石山食野,諗住試下依間3年前食過既烏冬鋪,點知水準真係難食到令人震驚,雖然話唔貴,但真係唔會返轉頭再食。首先我地叫左吉列豬扒烏冬、豬手烏冬同埋炸雞軟骨。1.個吉列豬扒就普普通通,但係唔熱同硬,都係唔合格。2.豬手烏冬先係極品,d肉又硬又鞋,d皮仲要有勁多毛,未食過咁難食既豬手,成碗野最好食既係日式魚旦同埋個烏冬3.炸雞軟骨係3樣入面最好食既,起碼炸得熱辣辣(要求已經好低)評分:食物:2/10態度:6/10環境:3/10性價比:3/10總分: 14/40 (唔合格)
