📍香宮位於九龍香格里拉地牢中菜廳,裝修傳統雅致,地方寬敞,空間感十足,由於距離夠,講嘢隔離枱都唔會聽到,所以久不久都會到訪。今次都係試吓佢個Tasting menu椒鹽鮮飽魚伴海蜇萵筍絲,用椒鹽做飽魚好惹味,飽魚爽口彈牙,海蜇用萵筍托底拌食,萵筍爽脆,海哲爽彈,配搭起來口感不錯。炸釀鮮蟹蓋配薑茶啫喱,這家的蟹蓋是我吃過最愛之一,滿滿蟹肉鮮味,唔會比醬料完全搶走,之前再的薑茶啫喱更加好味,薑味非常之濃,說是驅寒。自家制豆酥油燙星班片伴金磚。泡油後班片拌上豆酥醬,底底是當炸豆腐,班片肉厚,豆腐吸收左醬汁精華。胡椒薑蔥焗海參安格斯牛柳,海參拌牛柳,濃淡配合剛剛好。椰皇葡汁雞絲焗飯,椰汁好香,有啲似泰式椰皇焗飯🤣🤣 但這個用椰汁焗,味道更勝一籌。香宮鴛鴦甘露伴芒果卷,一邊是石榴汁,一邊是芒果汁。底層奶凍,拌後吃起來非常不錯👍🏻

椒鹽鮮飽魚伴海蜇萵筍絲,用椒鹽做飽魚好惹味,飽魚爽口彈牙,海蜇用萵筍托底拌食,萵筍爽脆,海哲爽彈,配搭起來口感不錯。
