To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上一次食已經係大半年前。今次再訪,本身想食番上次食唔到既魷魚炒面。但今次再黎,都係與佢無緣唯有點佢個frd,豚肉炒面。不愧係一杯,完全冇令人失望。食起黎完全唔覺得油膩或者太salty,除左豬炒得林同入味之外,炒左d菜係中間令到成碟野有多一d既口感味道比賣相更好。除左炒面,仲食左佢既其中一個招牌菜,一杯關西燒佢入面有 多款不同既配料,加上佢既醬汁,真係食完可以再食最後講下鋪面,佢都算多位,今日唔係好多人。一去到就有位。餐廳好整潔,坐吧枱有少少逼。咁多燒物既餐廳,冇咩油煙,但味道都係有既。算好唔錯啦!
