To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 曾去過覺得抵食水準不錯,所以再幫襯,可惜今次令我失望😞中午11:45 到,已有數位枱有人。叫了一個二人套餐,每位$298 ,二位起。茶是$13 一位,美心集團算平。首先上菜的竟是菜譜中排列差不多是最後的黑松露醬炒露筍百合,即炒好熱的,但加入大量三色椒來減輕露筍和百合成本🥲第二上的是花膠海皇素翅,夠熱,不過不失。再上是2隻小龍包,水準合格,可惜一人一隻太少了。冷盤(素齋方是厚身齋鴨和糖醋排骨)終於出現,排骨熱暖的,肉質「鞋」。套餐中的松葉蟹鉗出場,是最好的一個菜最後填鴨,肉質一般,皮不脆,而包鴨的皮是凍的。最好笑侍應見我們未吃完其他問是否蓋住,吃時才開蒸籠蓋。最不高興是吃完隔離枱問侍應取套餐菜譜時,原來有一個4人套餐是$368,當時侍應沒有提供給我𠉴選擇,有點不對,雖然是4人,我哋2人會吃剩,但抵好多,餸菜款式大同小異,更合我胃口!
