位於娛樂行嘅福和雍,環境雅致舒適,座位闊落。比平時嘅茶樓靜好多,啱晒想靜雞地嘆下菜傾下偈點心出自前福臨門老師傅,國福樓點心部主管黃志生師傅,質素有保證~是日最愛佢哋嘅韭菜炸蟹盒🦀 係向名菜「焗釀蟹蓋」致敬變奏,輕巧酥脆,碟底唔會油立立。韭菜香,但唔會搶蟹肉鮮味,難得~蒸點火候唔錯,上枱唔會爛皮,蝦餃皮薄有彈性,蝦肉爽口彈牙 💯 (( 唔會好似某x 心旗下嗰嘅間連鎖茶樓次次都一pat 野咁見到都唔開胃~))百花釀魚肚都十分出色~叉燒酥都十分高質,酥皮fluffy ,勁香牛油味小亮點,福和雍既精緻藍白餐具,係由1928年開業的「粵東磁廠」特製,款式是當年「粵東」為港督麥理浩爵士特製的土耳其藍白花紋瓷器。
