食烤魚食到悶,今次試下麻辣水煮魚(HK$198)。原來都好大煲架wor,個煲下面用左一舊炭去keep住溫度,但又唔會熱到滾。煲入面除左魚,仲有少少豆腐卜,金菇,薯粉,秀珍菇同埋都幾多既芽菜。成煲野對我黎講唔係好辣,非常容易食。魚既處理同平時我食開既有d唔同,佢唔似魚柳,但又無晒骨,亦唔似就咁起出黎既魚片咁滑...... 我覺得有d似將魚起左d魚片拎去deep fried,再放落去整水煮魚,所以魚既質地比較實淨。我覺得咁整都唔錯。可能煲野唔夠辣既關係,應該係都無乜麻辣味,所以豆腐卜好似唔夠入味,其他配菜味道ok,只係d薯粉實在太少啦,又碎濕濕好難夾,唔知下次可唔可以另外order多一份薯粉呢?仲叫左個川式口水雞(HK$58),味道一般,唔太辣,雞肉都算有彈性,亦無乜肥膏。

Other Info. :
整體味道其實都ok,不過同烤魚一樣,我都係嫌佢唔夠辣,但落order時佢又無叫我揀辣度,下次真係要問下其實可唔可以加辣。
