過去一两年,經常出差去重慶及萬州,漸漸的愛上麻辣菜系,尤其是萬州烤魚及重慶雞煲是我的所愛。 近月比較少到華西,居然麻辣癮起,幸好這天長週末的晚上,一眾好友十人大軍跑到這家烤魚店去開餐。 跟店家聊了一會,得知她是重慶人,那餐廳的出品肯定有保證了,安心重點挑選心愛的美食了。 友人們還沒到齊之前,先來些前菜吃吃,麻辣豬耳,泡椒鳳爪等,加上自攜的威士卡加冰,等候多久都變得無所謂了。 等到差不多人齊,點菜時候到了;因為群裡有人嗜辣當然也有人不愛,所以點了招牌麻辣烤魚,還有不辣的酸菜魚,雞煲也分別點了微辣及中辣各一,加上其他大量的配菜如藕片,凍豆腐,菌類等等,足夠大家飽餐一頓了。 打頭陣的是麻辣萬州烤魚,魚是青江魚,魚肉較嫩滑,魚骨也少;為了滿足嗜辣的組員,這個魚還特意叫店家加辣,出來的效果卻很好,麻辣鮮香,還越煮越香,跟威士卡下酒果然是絕配! 突然喚醒我在萬州心連心廣場第一次品嘗正宗重庆烤魚的味道,love it! 酸菜烤魚的味道也很酸香,魚肉也嫩,但卻不是愛辣的我的那杯茶。 此外,麻辣雞煲加上配菜的濃香,也很惹味,不停的攻擊我們的味蕾。 找到一家餐廳可以一解「香」愁,一樂也!

酸菜烤魚的味道也很酸香,魚肉也嫩,但卻不是愛辣的我的那杯茶。 此外,麻辣雞煲加上配菜的濃香,也很惹味,不停的攻擊我們的味蕾。

找到一家餐廳可以一解「香」愁,一樂也!

看了OpenRice 的介绍跟朋友去了这家北角的Charcoal fish. 点了桂花鱼+招牌香辣味,刚开始吃的时候,觉得鱼的味道比较淡,鱼本身基本没有什么味道。如果是说配着香辣汤底吃的话,还算麻麻地。可是不知道为什么越吃越咸,吃到最后就咸到没有办法吃了。

昨晚同朋友去試了炭魚 ,哪裡環境不錯 我們差不多晚飯時間過去 剛好有位置 最後越來越多人在等位了。我們點了清江魚 大約3磅重 兩個人吃 加了4樣配菜 感覺沒有多少菜可以吃。本想吃泡椒味道 ,我怕會太辣 最後點了四川麻辣,味道不錯 夠麻香。算正宗 比起在深圳吃 比較放心點吧!

炭魚想試左好耐,襯放假5月1號即興去左。其實冇booking真係要等,因為舖位唔太大,位置有限。門口有部大電視不停播放同介紹裏面有咩食,最後我堅持要等到為止。終於等左40分鐘入去坐底左,位置就非常窄,隔離台要出入都要你讓位。唔理咁多即刻填紙仔揀野食,兩個人點左清江魚,揀埋其他配料,好似粉皮,青瓜,木耳等等,立即入單。食呢個炭魚要有D耐性,因為應該係製作需時,等左15分鐘左右終於都黎喇。香味非常唔錯,分量足,魚皮脆,連魚骨都脆,魚肉嫩滑,非常野味,連個香辣湯底亦好好味,用個粉煮一煮連埋一齊食,令人十分回味。仲要有埋炭爐一直下面加熱,很有風味,辣同燙的味道非常出色。今次兩個人食唔到太多樣野,有機會一定會再挑戰佢其他菜色。

想試左好耐,襯放假5月1號即興去左。

其實冇booking真係要等,因為舖位唔太大,位置有限。門口有部大電視不停播放同介紹裏面有咩食,最後我堅持要等到為止。

終於等左40分鐘入去坐底左,位置就非常窄,隔離台要出入都要你讓位。唔理咁多即刻填紙仔揀野食,兩個人點左清江魚,揀埋其他配料,好似粉皮,青瓜,木耳等等,立即入單。

食呢個炭魚要有D耐性,因為應該係製作需時,等左15分鐘左右終於都黎喇。香味非常唔錯,分量足,魚皮脆,連魚骨都脆,魚肉嫩滑,非常野味,連個香辣湯底亦好好味,用個粉煮一煮連埋一齊食,令人十分回味。仲要有埋炭爐一直下面加熱,很有風味,辣同燙的味道非常出色。

今次兩個人食唔到太多樣野,有機會一定會再挑戰佢其他菜色。

見到facebook成日有人post呢間餐廳d相,令到我好想黎試下!果然冇黎錯,而且價錢吾貴,非常抵食!黎到炭魚冇理由吾叫一道炭魚試下掛🙈,呢度有幾款吾同嘅調味揀,由於我同fd都吾太食得辣,所以叫左個泡椒湯底,加條鮮捖魚,湯底口味好啱我地,酸中帶d微辣,魚肉好新鮮嫩滑,先炸左再上煱,所以食落好香口。最正之處係店內提供十幾廿款配料俾你加入魚煱裏面,我地就揀左薯仔,芋絲同金菇,呢d配料浸係魚煱入面,吾使諗都知幾咁入味,金菇同芋絲索曬d湯汁,令你食嘅每一啖都好滋味!而個薯仔先係我嘅至愛!薯仔切成薯角形,本身已經整到好甜,再係個泡椒湯底度撈返起身,入口超鬆軟,又香甜,我忍吾住一舊又一舊咁清晒🙈🙈成個魚煱份量十足,食完真係捧住個肚走
