To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間嘢嘅前身係桃園,裝修咗之後將一間野分成兩間,一間就係木兆小品,另一間就係韓樂。以前我成日都會食兩樣嘢,就係通菜牛肉飯,同埋豬扒酸辣米線,個凍檸茶尤其出色,因為係鮮檸檬榨汁出黎。餐廳開返之後,已經試咗通菜牛肉飯,已經好難食!諗住今次俾多次機會食返佢個豬扒米線,已經等咗好耐先上,點不知放入口點解爽嘅,以為佢煮得唔夠淋啦,諗住放多陣會淋啲,心諗都算數下次唔食,食多啖就想走,但係心諗真係冇可能會咁奇怪就問個阿姐,叫阿姐煮過俾我。結果個阿姐走入廚房隔咗一陣走返出嚟,佢同我講話原來今日冇晒米線頭先煮俾你嗰個係意粉。我即刻勁嬲,佢走番出嚟係咪覺得我會欣然接受嗰個係酸辣意粉就ok?大佬我平時都唔食意粉,如果你冇米線得意粉係咪都至少要出聲,結果我勁嬲,佢先至話而家煮返個米線俾你!湯意粉都可能會食得落,但係酸辣意粉真係唔夾囉好冇!呢間野真係永不超生,我以後都唔會再食!
