To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鑼灣永年第一次食,我係小行入去第一次食都唔知簡咩好, 好多選擇, 所以就簡啦! 佢哋嘅招牌麵加酸甜齋菜絕對係我推薦。呢道菜嘅特色係將麵同酸甜嘅齋菜結合埋一齊,味道好協調。招牌麵嘅部分。麵條本身好彈牙,煮得剛剛好,令人咬落去感到好滿足。入面有魚蛋、豬紅、蘿蔔同生腸等各種配料。豬紅嘅鮮嫩多汁,蘿蔔嘅脆口同生腸嘅有彈性,每一口都可以感受到唔同嘅滋味同口感。酸甜齋菜就係呢道菜嘅另一個亮點。分量都幾多, 兩人食都僧好足夠。等我食嘅期間,當時已經2:30,都好多人都入嚟。好在出餐都好快~ 有兩部點餐機, 但都可以人手落單~ 除咗味道出色之外,呢道份量亦都好大,好適合同朋友一齊分享。我一個人都食唔哂~
