To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 終於試呢間好出名既車仔麵，環境唔算好大，會係近門口位置排隊落單，之後就自行取餐🙃👁‍🗨 三餸一麵 - 豬紅 + 雞翼 + 蟹籽丸 + 河粉（7.5/10）💲43 + 2豬紅滑身無渣，加上蒜粒係面，食落唔會有腥味🤔而雞翼就大隻肉嫩，尤其鹵水汁幾入味🐔蟹籽丸無雪味，再附送幾條菜心🥬滑溜河粉較平時幼但厚身，所以帶點口感，特別鍾意個湯底，叫左唔辣但係都夠曬香濃😍👁‍🗨 三餸一麵 - 蘿蔔 + 魚蛋 + 流心蛋 + 河粉（8/10）💲43 + 2朋友呢碗比起我自己揀果碗好質啲😬湯底同樣係吾辣，蘿蔔大大舊，腍身得離絕對冇根，食落有陣陣咖喱味，大概係用咖喱汁煮過，個人幾鍾意😍至於流心蛋亦都相當出色，經過一輪電話食先，隻蛋浸左係碗麵度都有一段時間，但係一咬，入面既蛋汁仍然流動，非常嫩滑😎初初以為魚蛋會係普普通通，原來佢係陳皮魚蛋，細細粒，陳皮味突出😏雖然佢吾係彈牙果種魚蛋，但食落勝在有風味特色🤪👁‍🗨 抹茶紅豆冰（7/10）💲+15初初飲第一啖覺得冇咩抹茶味，都係似普通紅豆冰咁，之後飲既每一啖就有番抹茶味😂雖然未算話相當濃郁，但個人覺得已經夠濃😇入面既紅豆份量都幾多，大大粒，飲完都真係幾飽下架🤓👁‍🗨
