是日在香港美酒佳餚巡禮, 也有到帝苑的攤位吃Parma Ham.Parma Ham with Melon $20: 8分, 想不到在這裡吃的跟在酒店吃到的水準沒有大分別, 巴馬火腿肉質對辦, 不會太實, 帶點脂肪, 鹹香突出, 配上的哈密瓜相當清甜, 兩者加在一起, 當然是永恆的匹配.$20兩件, 實在比在Sabatini吃到的便宜一大截, 超值!

Parma Ham with Melon $20: 8分, 想不到在這裡吃的跟在酒店吃到的水準沒有大分別, 巴馬火腿肉質對辦, 不會太實, 帶點脂肪, 鹹香突出, 配上的哈密瓜相當清甜, 兩者加在一起, 當然是永恆的匹配.

$20兩件, 實在比在Sabatini吃到的便宜一大截, 超值!
