尖沙咀呢頭真係好多咖啡店選擇，見到呢間個名叫永共嚐，覺得幾得意就入去試吓啦。入到去店裏面有少少酒吧嘅感覺，原來呢度夜晚真係做酒吧，日頭就係咖啡店。睇一睇Menu見到佢哋原來都非常之環保，咁就開始明白個名嘅由來，係指永續同埋共享。（題外話，個Menu係老闆親手畫嘅非常之有心，而且畫得好靚 😍)店內空間非常之充足，亦都有不少打卡位。啱晒cafe hopping。長知識，原來店舖有回收咖啡渣，然後啲咖啡渣又可以做返環保咖啡杯！食物方面最最最值得推介嘅就係雞翼山同埋朱古力乳酪雪糕！雞翼山嘅份量好大，兩個人都食唔晒，而且炸得好脆，熱辣辣又香口啱晒一邊同朋友吹水一邊食。朱古力乳酪雪糕，配搭入邊啲餅乾脆脆，味道非常之夾！消暑良品！👍🏻Tsim Sha Tsui really does have a plethora of coffee shop options. Tsim Sha Tsui really does have a plethora of coffee shop options. I stumbled upon one named "YGC" and thought the name was quite intriguing, so I decided to give it a try.
Upon entering, the place kind of felt like a bar, and it turns out that it actually operates as a bar at night and a coffee shop during the day.
Looking through the menu, I noticed they are really focused on being environmentally friendly, which made me understand the meaning behind the name—sustainability and sharing.
(By the way, the menu was hand-drawn by the owner, which I found very thoughtful and beautifully done 😍)
The interior space is quite generous, and there are plenty of spots perfect for taking photos. It's just right for cafe hopping.
I learned something new there; they recycle coffee grounds, which are then used to make eco-friendly coffee cups!
When it comes to food, the most highly recommended items are the mountain of chicken wings and the chocolate frozen yoghurt!
The portion of the chicken wings mountain is huge—too much for two people—and they are fried to a perfect crisp, hot and flavorful, great for munching on while chatting with friends.
The chocolate frozen yoghurt, with its crunchy biscuit mix, is an amazing combination! A perfect treat to beat the heat!
