To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時都有幫襯開呢間餐廳嘅午餐,大概$90 一個餐,有時一個星期去兩次。今次下晝1:30去到,全場都係吉枱。我拎住一大袋嘢同大褸,四眼男店員表示要同另一個客人搭枱。我平時次次都唔介意搭枱,因為始終人哋做生意,都想坐多啲客人,做多啲生意。但係因為今次拎住好多嘢,佢個位真係好迫,只係得一張凳,冇其他地方擺嘢。所以就冇食,今時今日咁嘅服務態度真係唔想再去幫襯。 如果真係好多人咁都冇辦,但係全場都係吉枱冇人坐,點解都唔可以將心比己體諒吓客人。佢哋係樓上鋪,主力都係做熟客生意,其實都唔應該咁樣趕客。仲要喺而家呢個時勢,午市套餐只係肯收現金,唔知咩原因呢。我以後lunch 要食潮洲野就會去隔離嗰棟樓嘅潮洲嘢算啦
