To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說已經有一年多,冇去過大角咀添好運, 因為上次食過質素真一般, 時隔一年半後, 今日諗住再俾多次機會佢點知結果係, 沒有最差,只有更差!!首先一入到去已經覺得好奇怪,點解以往坐滿人, 依家成間舖竟然係一半人都冇, 最搞笑門口仲有欄桿要人排隊。上第一個鳳爪排骨飯已經知道中伏, 30蚊個鳳爪排骨飯, 基本上份量小得可憐, 唔係講笑,用佢哋個碗仔,放出嚟剛剛只係夠一碗仔滿, 除咗個鳳爪排骨飯味道還算ok之外個燒賣直頭鹹到食唔到, 叉燒腸一上枱已經只係反叮, 其他嘢全部都嚴重偏鹹, 無意之中睇到入廚房,見到以往嗰班五星級點心師傅已經消失咗, 只有一個後生仔加兩個阿姐, 重點我見唔到佢哋製作點心, 好明顯而家所有點心都唔係即場製作, 所有食物水準已到達垃圾級別仲有我只係帶一個兩歲嘅小朋友入座, 佢哋竟然都話要收茶位費, 以前由旺角食到大角咀, 當年老闆坐鎮收錢嗰陣都唔會咁樣 , 難道真係生意差到連三蚊都唔會放過??
