To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2019 年2月1號晚上,到位於東勝道(德興茶餐廳),食晚飯,我是第一次幫親的,當時的叫了一碟叉鵝飯 $60- + 凍O 茶 $15-, 共$75-.我心想咁價錢一碟飯,D 燒味應該很有水準,但當伙記放低碟到我面前時,我當時目定口呆,一碟D 叉燒切到時很碎的,一堆的柴皮叉燒,我再返起D 燒鵝一看,共五塊鵝皮,只有兩塊有少許2mm厚的肉,(一睇就知係D 斬淨出來嘅頭頭尾尾),唔係呀嘛! 一碟價值$60-元的叉鵝飯,連普通一間的燒味鋪三十幾蚊的都遠不如,我永遠唔會再幫親囉。😡😡😡😡
