To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次想食米線都一定會去譚仔或者三哥，因為每間個味都一樣，唔會走樣。今次黎到佐敦依間，間舖都幾大既，食lunch時間因為疫情，都唔係話爆哂。為左想要多Ｄ蛋白質，我就叫左個雞肉牛肉煳辣米線。Ｄ雞肉同牛肉都唔會話老哂，加上因為浸住湯，所以食落口都幾juicy。煳辣湯底本身都唔係話太辣，岩哂我依Ｄ想食辣但又唔食得太辣既人。同埋煳辣佢係少辣得黎好香，唔係酸辣既味，所以我次次都係會食佢。米線方面又唔係太淋，唔會一夾就斷哂，加埋吸左Ｄ煳辣味，每一啖都食到米線既爽同煳辣既香！加埋旁邊既蔥同吸哂湯既竹笙，真係食極都唔厭！
