To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放題任食刺身、壽司、天婦羅，就算係Häagen-Dazs 雪糕同榴槤都已經唔係啲咩新鮮事，殿大喜屋將放題再提到最高層次，配合北海道海膽手卷，仲要無限量，海膽份量勁多又鮮甜，又有吞拿魚海膽夾，感覺都幾特別。再加上魚子醬，仲要有冬季既羊腩煲，又有蟹蠔湯❤️真係無想過放題都有殿堂級鐵板鵝肝厚多士、清酒煮蜆、鮑魚蟹皇粥，川燒珍寶鮮蠔燒。另外，又有唔同既清酒，連甜品都多款式，Häagen-Dazs 雪糕就有幾款味道任選。
