To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又到聖誕……幾個知己到中環睇煙花前，我們到一菜館（江南）用膳，又係要排隊，員工連我們排隊時間也不放過，介紹她們公司節日食品。我們點了拌海膽茄子：不冷不熱茄子拌醬汁和海膽，口感不油膩蘿蔔絲酥餅：一層層簿酥皮，多汁，外型吸引香蔥蹄筋：夠淋身，但是比較多醬汁干煸圈子：夠香口，輕微辣，橙色辣椒香口好吃，略咸燻鱸魚：魚肉輕化，帶點甜味蔓越莓餅：重水果味，非常精緻，非常適合我們

拌海膽茄子：不冷不熱茄子拌醬汁和海膽，口感不油膩
蘿蔔絲酥餅：一層層簿酥皮，多汁，外型吸引
香蔥蹄筋：夠淋身，但是比較多醬汁

干煸圈子：夠香口，輕微辣，橙色辣椒香口好吃，略咸
燻鱸魚：魚肉輕化，帶點甜味
蔓越莓餅：重水果味，非常精緻，非常適合我們
