约咗旧同事在湾仔聚旧,今次我哋都拣食中餐,就来到这间尚梦,茳煳。先叫了黑杞子茶,好快就摆上。之前未饮过。茶壶是透明,好快见到整壶茶就变成紫色。开始味道较清,之后变浓后味道几特别,黑杞子又系抗氧化,好有益。好耐冇汤饮,叫个正D的试吓:松茸炖螺头汤:上枱时仲用火 keep 住热,好细心。炖汤色水好清但意想不到好浓味,松茸及螺头味好出。😇😇香煎龙趸球 : 冇骨的鱼我最锺意。啖啖用,好有鱼味,煎得又香口,鱼肉弹牙,大大件,啱晒我。🥰陈皮榄角骨:虽然话系骨,但其实系啖啖肉。排骨外面平均地被榄角汁包住(都好耐冇食过这味道了)。外面的肉咬落去脆口,越食越想食。今晚唔想食饭就叫了:桂花咸鱼蓉炒米粉。米粉好干身又好柔软。每一啖都有蛋花和咸鱼肉碎令米粉好有咸香味。最后叫咗个甜品:黄金糯米糍。一口咬落去完全感觉到外皮非常非常薄,而D馅系奶黄加咸蛋蓉,口感非常幼细,黄金蓉塞满咗糯米糍,咸咸甜品,喜出望外。临走见到有下午茶,主题慢活,找日慢活一吓。
