放工同朋友去打邊爐，揀咗有幾間分店嘅火鍋店「香江花月」。餐廳環境好靚好啱聚會。我哋揀咗個比較少見嘅石橄欖無花果豬肺湯。呢個湯底清甜又滋潤，同平時飲開嘅杏汁豬肺湯勁唔同。我哋叫咗份少見嘅金沙青，呢個係平時比較少食到嘅豬肉部位。冇豬頸肉咁肥不過幾爽脆。我哋仲叫咗份七彩餃子。嚟到嘅賣相果然好靚。我最鐘意食嘅係橙橙黃黃嘅鹹蛋黃餃子，味道鹹香濃郁。估唔到火鍋店都有cocktail!我哋嗌咗玫瑰仙子、紫醉金迷。

我哋叫咗份少見嘅金沙青，呢個係平時比較少食到嘅豬肉部位。冇豬頸肉咁肥不過幾爽脆。
我哋仲叫咗份七彩餃子。嚟到嘅賣相果然好靚。我最鐘意食嘅係橙橙黃黃嘅鹹蛋黃餃子，味道鹹香濃郁。
