To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見過同事吃Delifrance的牛角包雪糕也好想吃。現Delifrance正推出南瓜系列。我又在報紙上找到coupon,惠顧該系列,可免費享用牛角包甜品!哈哈,盡管我對Delifrance食物絕對有保留,但念在「南瓜」,也有點期望。點了燒雞南瓜扁意粉。那南瓜湯,又稀又無味,加在一看都知無文無味的扁意粉中,還以為自己失了味蕾,真是淡得沒有味兒。南瓜片未熟,生o趙,”爽爽”聲。幸好燒雞扒有驚喜!有少少煎香脆口,在淡中一點咸調味。牛角包雪糕,雪糕另用紙杯盛起(很細心啊)。因此牛角包保持微脆,呍哩o拿雪糕又好吃,加埋朱古力漿,絕對為此甜點的精髓!
