To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 從古洞水塘下山後,跟朋友點了兩個下午茶餐,兩人埋單包加一是90元左右。炸魚薯條中的炸魚是驚人地好吃,沒有因為是下午茶而縮細份量。外脆內軟,脆皮不會太厚,薄薄的剛剛好,突出了飽滿帶汁的嫩嫩魚肉,不似很多食店把魚肉都炸老了。以呢個價格段來說,真是香港最好吃的炸魚,下次想食炸魚一定會回來這間分店吃。黑椒牛意炒得還OK,裡頭的野菌很加分,如果可以減減油就好了。冷壓檸檬飲品去了果皮和核,方便飲用之餘,酸度也合我心水,只是朋友非常怕酸就不太喜歡。期待下次在這區行山後再來幫襯
