To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去完上水哥爾夫球場活動坐shuttle bus 出來經過寶石湖邨,見到這間百分百,想起它的下午茶,決定食個下午茶先回家,下車後由地鐵C站行返過來都係三五分鐘的事。下午茶有好多選擇,我始終揀返下茶茶最常叫的原隻炸雞脾配紅豆冰。我口渴想起之前去其他食店要自己拎水,所以問了店員,她主動話拎杯比我。紅豆冰好綿,一半都是紅豆,淡奶好濃奶味,還是經典的好味道。依家都用紙飲管,幸好這飲管質量好,不會溶掉。炸雞脾真係同佢相片一樣成隻碟咁大,我同店員講要多四包茄汁,佢有點驚訝但都拎比我。雞皮炸得好香脆,但雞肉依然鮮嫩,薯條有一層薄薄炸漿,所以放耐左都依然好脆,做得很好。一啖雞髀,一啖薯條,一口紅豆冰,經典的香港式下午茶,令人回味。滿分為10分(一分最低,10分最高)食物:9環境:9衛生:9服務:9價錢:9舒適度:9總分:9

2024年12月1日下午三點半,我去食下午茶餐,點咗個食肉醬意粉,結果真係好似食湯意粉咁,成兜水,真係不知所謂。出品部嘅大媽真係要加把勁,叫佢哋出去試吓人哋嘅肉醬意粉,邊有咁多水喺度㗎?咁樣嘅質素,真係氣死人。另外,咖啡奶茶又淡得好似水咁,呢個唔係第一次啦,之前幾次都已經咁樣。每次都希望質素可以改善,但次次都失望而回。廚房部嘅管理到底係點搞?明明係茶餐廳,但出品質素咁差,實在令人失望。希望餐廳能夠正視呢啲問題,改善出品同服務質素。顧客嚟到茶餐廳,係希望可以有好好嘅用餐體驗,而唔係每次都要面對呢啲質素差劣嘅情況。希望未來可以見到改善,令顧客可以有更好嘅用餐體驗。```

點解可以將蝦同蛋整得難食 相信得呢間做到 小弟都知上水係美食沙漠 如無必要都唔會貪近食呢間 同一間唔同地區竟然可以爭咁遠🤬🤬本身食開百份百都知啲水準可以好參差 有次堂食聽到隔離枱個阿姐話啲蛋好苦好難食都以為佢亂up 心諗食左咁多次都唔覺有咩問題 點知今日食完先知上次怪錯左佢🥲🥲一打開個飯 少豉油都唔緊要 啲蛋同蝦仁完全黐埋一舊 蛋完全老晒 黑到成舊炭咁 啲蝦又硬又鞋 唔講以為食緊芙蓉蛋蝦球飯 我諗就算真係有呢個飯 求其一間餐廳都完勝佢 本身上次食完塊豬扒已緊食倒酸臭味 都已經懷疑緊人生 小弟懷疑轉左廚房 每況愈下 建議各位想去挑戰下既師兄師姐真心考慮清楚🙇♂️🙇♂️寧願行去舊墟搵事但一間餐廳都好味過佢👈👈

從古洞水塘下山後,跟朋友點了兩個下午茶餐,兩人埋單包加一是90元左右。炸魚薯條中的炸魚是驚人地好吃,沒有因為是下午茶而縮細份量。外脆內軟,脆皮不會太厚,薄薄的剛剛好,突出了飽滿帶汁的嫩嫩魚肉,不似很多食店把魚肉都炸老了。以呢個價格段來說,真是香港最好吃的炸魚,下次想食炸魚一定會回來這間分店吃。黑椒牛意炒得還OK,裡頭的野菌很加分,如果可以減減油就好了。冷壓檸檬飲品去了果皮和核,方便飲用之餘,酸度也合我心水,只是朋友非常怕酸就不太喜歡。期待下次在這區行山後再來幫襯
