To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這天到銅鑼灣購物, 便走到天后覓食。經過這家上海弄堂, 門面很有特色, 又是蔡瀾推介, 我猜孱當然很有信心, 便進去一試。在門外店員已極力推介鱔糊, 說是日黃鱔好靚; 可是女友不吃鱔, 故此沒有點選。翻開菜譜, 便知鱔糊是全店最名貴的菜色, 是故店員不斷推售。我們點了以下菜色- 燻魚 – 色香味都很好, 有很香的煙燻味。菜心獅子頭 – 不夠色不夠香, 菜心不入味,肉汁不夠, 很一般。火腿津白 – 很差勁! 津白老得可以做你呀嫲, 唉。小籠包 – 皮很厚, 可見功架不足。縱然門面精緻蔡瀾支持燻魚可口,也難挽其他菜色不濟之狂瀾, 上海弄堂真的要努力自強,否則恐怕只有更多喊臉。
