To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天帶著媽媽專程來到九龍城這店打冷,因媽媽說想吃打冷。下午2時多來到,有一刻以為中午落場,不做生意,因店內一個客人也沒有,但店員主動邀請我們進去,態度原本是不錯的。坐下我們即下單一條凍紅倉魚,蠔仔粥,及在店員極力推薦下再點了涼瓜排骨湯。不一會,凍魚上來,我們開始吃;突然店員告訴我們因為正在清洗爐頭,煮不了蠔仔粥,而且所有廚師都去了跑馬,沒人煮🙄,要我們改白粥,我們最後沒有要白粥,改了糖水。因為魚已經在吃,現在離開亦是要付費,唯有改其他繼續吃。而我們要求一碗清心丸緑豆爽,一碗清心丸薑薯亦不允許,只能兩碗一樣😡其實一早知道沒人煮東西,爐頭又不能用,為什麼還邀請我們進店呢?!直接説中午落場不營業不就可以嗎?另外,這裡的食物水準亦實在太差,凍魚極細條,只有手掌大小,肉質梅的;涼瓜排骨湯的並非排骨,只是煲湯骨切細件,沒有一點肉的;糖水是正常的。但這麼幾樣已經$315,貴得實在過分,必定沒有下次🤮🤬😡
