To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我每年都會幫襯呢間酒樓買粽券，今年不例外，其中一張當然會比媽咪同家姐一家人分享啦。因為某些原因，所以遲咗交比家姐，所以又遲咗去攞。我幫家姐打電話去問，打晒三間，中環店就話粿蒸粽冇晒，會比其他代替。咁家姐就同個女急趕去攞，去到職員話個碼DO唔到，入唔到電腦，所以比唔到。跟著就比個電話號碼我哋，打上去同佢哋講，當時應該係岩五點零幾分左右，我打咗十次都冇人聽，個職員話可能放咗工？呢間公司真係最抵做，可以五點準時收工。雖然自己有錯，但係咪真係一啲人情都冇得傾呢？經此一次，我幫襯咗咗多年既酒樓，我唔會再幫襯囉！
