To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

落雨濕濕，見很久也沒有來這裏食過，就再來試試。我們叫了一碗燒肉切雞飯和一碟乳豬叉燒飯。燒肉切雞飯- 燒肉幾入味，但就比較凍；切雞有點點雞味，肉質都算幾好。乳豬叉燒飯- 乳豬外皮幾脆，但就過，肉質就比較一般；叉燒幾入味，但就唔夠肥，肉質比較韌，飯過多水，令部份飯腍在一起，口感麻麻。一早已聽說，這裏的燒臘比以前變差了，不能保持當年的水準，實在太過可惜了。環境都算幾差，地下又滑，外賣會比較好點。
