To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日收工買左兩盒海南雞飯套餐外賣做晚餐，有一盒轉左做雞髀肉。文華海南雞飯$133 轉雞髀+$10外賣盒+$2個外賣賣相唔錯，但味道真係好差轉雞髀嗰盒雞肉係滑啲嘅，無轉個盒啲肉係鞋嘅。而呢兩盒雞肉，完全無味道可言，只是水煮雞肉嘅味道，丁點鹹味都冇，香味又無，得少許雞味。港式白切雞都好食過佢。不過啲雞嘅份量係多嘅。醬料方面有辣醬、豉油、甜豉油、薑蓉。辣醬少辣，豉油係比較淡味嘅豉油，甜豉油係正常嘅甜豉油，薑蓉味道較淡。個飯亦都跟咗個湯，係生菜豆腐湯，個豆腐幾滑，湯就生菜加雞湯，啲雞湯同啲雞一樣都係冇乜味架個飯就唔錯，幾香，不過淋左啲。香港有好多小店都整到又滑又有味嘅雞，可能你屋企樓下嘅海南雞飯已經好食過佢，唔洗試呢間。（唔怪得佢做外賣半隻海南雞$148呢個優惠，因為啲雞真係唔好食。呢個餐最好食已經係個油飯同甜豉油，如果淨係食啲雞真係喊出黎）
