To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說今日想食意大利菜，於是老公上左openrice搵食. 見到呢間野未食過，於是就決定去試一試啦。「環境」:首先上左H8商場9樓，當時夜晚8點半到，望到裡面都坐左 9成，店員好快招呼入座。整体環境算精緻企理.餐廳沒有播音樂，聽到好多人講野聲好吵。「食物」:我哋嗌左个套餐，有煙火腿沙律前菜，餐包，送冷熱餐湯，一份肉眼扒，一份龍蝦海膽意大利麵，同埋有個士多啤梨雪糕窩夫甜品。首先前菜，煙火腿太過鹹又冇乜味道，餐包ok. 跟餐冷湯酸酸哋，有啲伏 個熱湯忌廉湯就好飲啲。再來牛扒同個龍蝦海膽意大利麵，有種中式餐廳調味嘅感覺，食落好似茶餐廳嘅做法，不過味道都算係咁。最後個士多啤梨雪糕窩夫甜品，食落感覺 :好甜。冇咩特別。「服務」:中規中矩，環境吵有時嗌佢哋好多次先會聽到。 最後買單兩個人922，覺得唔抵食。
