今天乘車到荃灣初嘗荃新天地的翠園。到此飲茶的顧客頗多,幸好我已在 The GULU 拿了電子票,到達後不消一會兒便可入座。入座後便發覺這翠園地方不大,枱貼枱,感覺擠迫,亦沒有推點心車,頗為失望!開茶後,一碟前菜便送上來了。這碟鹹菜、雲耳和花生,味道尚可,算是醒胃前菜。看過點心紙後便點了六個點心。煎腐皮卷皮脆,內裏的蝦亦爽,沾醋來吃更為美味。奶皇包不是流沙,但皮也算做得好。鑊仔煎三寶的油不少,內裏有鲮魚肉釀青、紅椒, 吃起頗辣;釀豆腐尚可;最好吃的還是蝦膠釀矮瓜,蝦膠爽、矮瓜軟淋。XO醬炒腸粉亦多油,腸粉的色甚濃但沒有什麼味,一定要和XO醬一起吃。百花釀魚肚的魚肚淋,獻汁不多但清。帶子菜苗餃的皮是青色的,爽口,亦有一兩條菜苗,帶子份量不多。味道尚算滿意。
