To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 曾經作為牛角粉絲,知道品牌有間牛角次男坊開左喺荃灣,加上位置咁近,都想試好耐,奈何最初十個有八個都話唔好食,又要排隊,打擊左我嘅決心。事隔咁耐,人流漸散,加上星期五晚,唔算好多人等位,即管試下餐廳位於荃灣廣場,呢個位真係唔知第幾手了,座位都唔少,即使係快餐店黎講,都偏密麻,基本上聽哂隔離左右對面講野。到店先取票,等候十分鐘,成功入座,先喺收銀處埋單,由店員送餐。餐牌選擇唔多,主打4款燒肉丼:次男坊丼、燒鹽麴牛舌丼、豚肉丼、王樣豚肉丼,定價$78/88,可以$60加配海鮮配料,聽講係香港分店獨有,例如牡丹海老、海膽、帶子、拖羅蓉等。我實左諗唔到理由去追加,將一個飯由性價比唔高變左低。次男坊丼 $88/經典牛角飯燒肉汁附味噌湯,大約等左20分鐘,同圖片大致相符,丼飯上枱有少少冒煙。一片片牛肉靠著墊底嘅芽菜堆到高高,肉片份量收貨,大大話都有十幾條,有燒過嘅痕跡,食頭幾片仲感覺到暖暖地,全熟略柴不過堆到咁高都係噱頭,冇乜可能唔夾開啲肉(?),啲牛凍左,食食下好乾幾難啃,我都明咁嘅價錢唔好講咩嫩肉。揀左牛角飯燒肉汁,自然令我諗起牛角燒肉嘅牛角飯,可以話完全唔係嗰回事。醬汁量少,飯粒略黏。豚肉丼

豚肉丼 $78/經典牛角飯燒肉汁
豚肉量多,至少見到有燒汁,中間有隻溫泉蛋,可惜味道不如賣相。豚肉薄身,剛上枱還好,愈食愈柴。由於有溫泉蛋,撈勻連同燒汁,令個飯濕笠笠兼好鹹,同牛丼情況相反。我唯有將啲飯同另一半嘅輕輕交換平衡。
