To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實我平時諗唔到食乜都會去食米線，今次來到這間都吃慣了的店。不過今次很失望，我點了過橋米線套餐 (走豬膶，因為我不喜歡吃內臟)時間比較耐，等了約20分鐘，而來時米線好像打完風，個賣相真係不敢恭維。反正都亂，我就用筷子攪多幾攪，點知發現好似很幼竹支，有手指咁長，如果真係沒發現，刺中口控，可大可小。不過出去食野都，呢D情況都見怪不怪了，衛生今次我一次扣哂架啦 ... ... 我照食啦，味道呢... 湯我點了重慶酸辣湯，味道係OK，我認為重慶酸辣湯是咁多個湯最好，D 肉類都入味，唔太老，但丸類我覺得差左少少，配菜都係一般水準，而酸菜同肉醬我個人比較欣賞。整體說，連鎖店很大進步空間！
