To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這是我第一次寫食評：話說今晚想食扒，專誠打電話去訂位。講左三次，侍應才聽清楚貴姓，時間，人數...話排我坐「扒房」@@去到先知餐廳入邊有間「扒房玻璃屋」。坐低後，仔細睇過兩份餐牌，價錢當然唔同，但同女朋友食就算啦，而且我今晚是包場😂問題一 上湯，餐包速度奇慢問題二我要求牛扒五成熟，切開一看還是血淋淋，只有三成， 自己煎仲好食過問題三白汁煮蝦盛為＄180⋯⋯只有5隻開邊蝦仔同伴菜Overprice 得有點離譜，絕對同意「大家樂做得比佢好味」。
