To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話咁快又到了春節的尾聲,難得仲有朋友過來拜年,不想獻醜人前,寧靜比錢人賺,不過餐牌選擇有限。燒鴨皇上檯時尚有微溫,亦喜歡有鴨汁,鴨肉帶汁會更惹味,但鴨皮就會欠了香脆的口感,不過用來配碗白飯又真的不錯。咕嚕肉甜酸汁調教得平均,沒有嗆喉的感覺,略嫌炸漿太厚。瑤柱豆苗當街市豆苗要賣$80/斤時,這碟菜竟然是$100左右,就更覺抵食,豆苗夠翠嫩,食落無渣,混和了豆苗,令口感更佳。蝦仁象拔蚌炒西蘭花西蘭花咬落爽脆,炒得啱啱好,象拔蚌及蝦仁彈牙有嚼口,不過始終係雪貨,蝦味真的欠奉。黑椒牛柳粒用上洋蔥及青椒去炒,非常香口,牛柳柔韌有嚼勁,又有醬汁緊密包裹,又是一道伴飯的好菜色。
