To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去到上海街蘇媽食午餐，店內古色古香，夠大，晏就都多人，感覺不錯馬拉沙嗲串燒-沙嗲串燒兒時回憶，沙嗲醬完全合格，花生味夠濃，不太偏甜，有3串，雞串唔乾身有汁，牛帶香，豬有口感檳城亞參叻沙-衫初試食叻沙不錯，不多椰香味，反而酸酸辣辣同好鮮味，入面有青瓜，生菜絲，紫洋蔥，魚蓉，波羅，簿荷葉，整體飽肚感滿足馬來西亞拉茶-用糖同煉奶沖成奶茶，點了少甜，種奶味，口感香滑怡保白咖啡-咖啡味香，但偏甜，可點選小甜整體來講仲有肉骨茶，央多等好多美食未食，可留待下次🥰
