To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

沙嗲牛肉湯粉不錯，餐飲居然可以揀支裝汽水

見網上的網友推介呢度食沙嗲牛肉好正，就黎試下，試完好ＯＫ，基本上依家每個星期都會同同事來吃一次。特餐的確係唔錯，米粉份量勁多，超包肚，加埋沙嗲牛肉混埋湯底，好入味，一口氣就可以食晒成碗。多士不用加錢都烘底，成個餐都好好食。餐飲原來可以不用加錢就要支裝汽水，真係好正，我喜歡飲忌廉，同事點了可樂，原來可樂是大樽裝，忌廉只是細支裝。環環算大，LUNCH來吃通常都不用等太耐。另外，有一次入到去，隔住口罩都聞到Ｄ咖喱很香，所以，同事點了咖喱牛肉飯，我試了一點點，香濃咖喱味道，薯仔爽甜，汁撈飯一流，同事一口氣很快就吃完。
