To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呀呀呀 兩個月後就要搬進來人稱美食沙漠既馬鞍山這天到新居視察裝修進度,事成後再跟男友來商場找吃的,睇到一間個名咁長嘅潮州飯店,就入嚟試一試佢。門口可以用GULU拎位 ,下次來食,就可以預早排隊。店舖環境都叫幾大,可能限聚嘅關係,暫時全部都係四個人嘅圓檯。平時食潮州嘢,都係喺九龍食打冷多,其實咁大個女都冇乜試過喺商場入邊食。頭先來了1份滷水鵝片,切得都算幾薄又肥,下面係鹵豆腐,份量其實唔算好多,兩個人食啱啱好。再來左一煲蠔仔粥,本身都諗住會唔會太多,嚟到又發現其實兩個人每人兩個細碗半,都還可以。不過我以為會有餐牌入面嘅青花瓷煲裝住可以打卡,上碟嘅時候餐具唔同咗,有些少失望。沙茶炒牛肉,餐牌入面有沙茶炒牛肉同埋沙茶牛肉炒河,前者比後者貴$10,見到隔離枱炒河粉好大碟, 諗住淨炒牛肉應該會大份啲,點知仲細碟過隔離啲牛肉,價錢好似唔算好成正比。不過呢個沙茶炒牛肉真係好食嘅,沙茶醬味道好濃,牛肉又好嫰,下面既芥蘭都好爽口。蠔仔烙,同平時係打冷舖頭食開嘅蠔餅好唔同,呢個偏向似台灣嘅蚵仔煎,蠔仔比一層煙煙銀銀嘅餅粉包住,真係好似食緊台灣風味咁,廚房即煎即上碟,熱辣辣。可能餐廳喺商場入面,所以呢個份量

蠔仔烙,同平時係打冷舖頭食開嘅蠔餅好唔同,呢個偏向似台灣嘅蚵仔煎,蠔仔比一層煙煙銀銀嘅餅粉包住,真係好似食緊台灣風味咁,廚房即煎即上碟,熱辣辣。

可能餐廳喺商場入面,所以呢個份量既價錢有少少貴,菜位都要$12一位,不過佢每一台都有一部自動煲水機,你想飲幾多都得,又唔使等人過嚟幫手沖水,長老輩應該會好喜歡呢一度。
